Only recently started watching Banshee after hearing so many good things about it, and boy I haven't been disappointed yet… After watching the brilliant pilot that sets up the story and main characters nicely, I have been increasing hooked, binge watching the first season within a week. Currently going through season two which so far is as strong, but felt compelled to write a review of what I have watched so far… Banshee has an array of rich and interesting characters including a very likable lead character with a very cool name - Lucas Hood. I'd go as far as to say he's as cool as Raylan Givens at times! From the stunning opening teaser in the pilot, the action scenes (although admittedly very violent at times), are excellent and very well executed. With its strong premise and characters, the story lines keep you gripped and wanting more. Being a big crime drama fan, loving shows such as Breaking Bad, Sopranos and Sons of Anarchy (to name a few of many), I already get a sense that Banshee is destined to be among them… Oh man…this show rox all over!! what can i say..am so down to it…was biting nails till the show returns with season 02 ans so far..this show is completely in another level… i was relay in love Trieste Kelly Dunn in season 1 and season 2 she is sooooo amazing so far… i wish this show continues at-least for another 05 or so season… great script…great cast…great bad ass moments…so realistic….and i must say beautifully womens and some awesome s.. scenes… all and all this show is sooo very best…. this show comes with complete entertainment… i just watched S02E03 and can not wait till next Friday for another awesome hour of pure excitement and entertainment,… Creators and producers… HATS OFF!!! for you… This is the only Series i enjoy on the TV first to Strike Back!!!
